Rent Geared-to-Income Program

What is it?

This program offers rental housing for individuals and families. Rent paid is based on household income.

Who is it for?

Applications are approved based on need with consideration to the following:

  • are homeless
  • spend more than 30% of their household income on shelter and utilities
  • live in a home without enough bedrooms to accomodate the size of family
  • live in a home that is in poor condition, aggravates a health problem, or is unsuitable because of a physical disability

Affordable Housing Program

What is it?

This program offers quality, affordable rental housing for families and individuals. The rent for these units is a fixed amount.

Who is it for?

Individuals and families are eligible for the Affordable Housing Program with consideration for the following:

  • are homeless
  • spend more than 30% of their household income on shelter and utilities
  • live in a home without enough bedrooms to accomodate the size of family
  • live in a home that is in poor condition, aggravates a health problem, or is unsuitable because of a physical disability

Supported Living Models

What is it?

This program allows tenants to live in affordable and safe housing while receiving holistic supports to ensure risk reduction and housing stability.

Who is it for?

To be eligible to apply, applicants must:

  • receive support from a Reaching Home Case Manager
  • agree to the rules and regulations of the supported living building
  • have a history of homelessness

Tenant Community Relations

What is it?

Our Tenant Community Relations personnel coordinates all property management functions from rent collections to home visits.

Who is it for?

Individuals can access these services if they are tenants of the following:
